If there is one thing we've seen this past year it's that knowing yourself is serious business. Before you know who you are and why you think the way that you do, it is nearly impossible to engage with another person who is different from yourself, or who has lived different experiences.

Self-awareness might not sound sexy (who knows maybe there's already a Tik-Tok on it), but I do know it is critical to understanding ourselves better - it allows us to create a world that truly honors our authentic identities.

I think you will surprise yourself when you take the time to reflect on who you are and who you really came here to be. It can be uncomfortable work, but in my experience what's on the other side of it is a lot of joy, relief, and possibility.
